Hi guys

wanted to know about PakSat 1 -- 25.5E

i understand its located at 25.5E on King of Sat and is currently sitting at 24.5E and moving 1.8W per day and that it doesnt hold any channels at the moment

what i wanted to know is

does any one know where the final resting position will be for this and how many transponers it hosts

also if any one knows of the footprint map

just to advise please do not mistake this one for the old and now redundent PakSat1 at 56E and 39E

this is a new one

cheers guys

I can only find information for Paksat 1R the replacement for Paksat 1 there is scarcely any details of the final resting place for Paksat 1 looks like it will be a wait and see.

Thats not all that uncommon, when new satellites arrive at their destinations often older ones are then moved to new locations and renamed as required.
