Technomate have not created a manual, do a google search for Dreambox 800 manual, its very similar.

Here is a few guides xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Also formatt a usb stick to fat or fat32 and just copy you avi file to it, plug it in the box press media and select usb stick. The rest is straight forward
