ordering from sponsor, no post-code.

Tried to send the below as a private message to forum sponsor but can't as the mailbox is full.

Hiya,
I was trying to order a VU with delivery to Ireland, however your payment processor wont take an address without a postcode.


This transaction attempt has failed. Please use the Proceed button go back to the web store from which you were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.

Status: MALFORMED

Status Detail: 3094 : The DeliveryPostcode is required.

I've tried using NA & NANA as a postcode but still get the same error.
No addresses in the south of Ireland have a postcode, have you any way around this?
