Vu Duo ViX 2.3 (Linux 3.1.1) 25-12-2011 not working box stuck in starting

just tried to upgrade from vix 2.1 to vix 2.3 latest kernal 3.1.1.
but the box stuck in upgrade
did all the steps from upgrading the bootloader to the image
the old version works on my box without the 3.1.1. kernal
any help
can some one point me to the right direction here
using the latest image vix 2.3 build 153 kernal 3.1.1 dated 25.12.11

Wheres it stuck? After flashing the image do you get the startup wizard?

on the box
it says
starting and nothing happens after that
ive tried the vix 2.3 133
thats is working ok
is there any problem with the 311 kernal
not allowing mine box to move on stuck on starting

Try re-flashing and disconnecting everything inc. internal HDD.
