english is difficult for me

1 - i have problem with vlc plugin .when i want use this plugin , meet error number 146 . all parameter correct ( network ok - win 7 )
2 - i can`t triggering tuner B . what`s meaning ( equal to tuner A ) ?
3 - i use external hard ( seagate GO flex 500 gb ) . i mapped it correctely . i can record . untel restart hdd unrecognition for receiver and
i have to map and initilaze it again

4 - how i can use internet with webbrowser plugin ?? ican`t run it
