VU Duo channel Scan

hi everyone I just received my new Vu Duo box today, I have managed to flash it with the new VIx 2.3 firmware, the box is set up a fixed dish (28.2 east sly) when I scan it picks the channels.but when I press exit there are no channnels it keeps say 'trunner configuration needed'

Help please am all new to this

Hi Billy-bob,

Try downloading the latest Vix Silverfox settings from the feeds and see then if you get channels to clear!

To do this it's:

Long Blue press, Green for Download Plugins and then expand the Settings section and scroll down to the Vix Silverfox settings. The box will restart and then you should be able to view.

thanks for the fast response, I did that it said 'no plugin found'

use my settings from the settings sections and transfer them via dbedit

also check teh tuner config and make sure they are set at 28.2E

one thing to make sure is set yr post to 8088 and make sure settings are restarted after you send then

other wise you will get a tuner config error

LOL, am new to all this , do you mean your settings as in 'VIX Silverfox0786 E2 HD SKY UK & UK HD DTT [HD SWAP] [01.01.2012]' that setting

depending on dvb-t or not just choose the correct ones
