I have so far resisted the urge to comment on this news story and i will not allow this thread to turn into any political debate about firearms in any way.
I am simply writing here to offer my condolences to the family of those who lost their lives on Sunday night due to this awful incident. While i did not personally know any of those who lost their lives in this incident i do live and work only a few miles / villages away. As a person and a firearms holder i am appalled and horrified that such a thing could happen in our very close knit and friendly community.
my deepest heart felt sympathies go out to all those affected and i hope they can come to terms with this appalling loss of life in some meaningful way in the weeks, months and years to come.
