Update dilema

Can i ask where i can get my vu duo fixed
I have had it two years
The usb terminals front and back are not functioning
At present im stuck using old images because i cannot update flash bootloader
So i can nfi only so vix 2.1 or blackhole 1.6.5 etc only
Can it be sent or taken somewhere and fixed?
I live in london
Any ideas?

Drop the forum sponsor a PM and see if he can get it fixed for you. From the sound looks like it might be a PCB issue if all USB have stopped function. Might be cheaper to buy a new one and sell this for spares.
