For some reason i can't get you tube working i get to the point where its going to start the video but it doesn't ,video length stops at zero, using de.

Probably blocking the duo the same way they did the dreambox.

Yuutube is down on most of the boxes (dreambox, azbox, Vu+....)

Thats a shame it was much better on the duo than it was on my dreambox.

Seems like youtube have blocked all non browser access to videos.

Its effected youtube video downloader firefox plugins and downloaders as well.

Seems like OpenPli has a fix for this thats on the online updates from lastnight.

Hi All

To fix the Mytube/Youtube problem on the OpenPli image do the following:

In software management>advanced>packet management, scroll down & install gst-plugin-flv. The box will reboot & Mytube/Youtube will work. This works on the VU+ Duo, not sure about other box's or images.

Uninstall Mytube, reinstall Mytube, then redownload the gst-plugin-flv after the Initial restart, do a full reboot. Had to do this on my friends box, mine worked straight away.
