how to record films on memory stick

just about to aquire a 30gb memory sick to record is there guide to set this up please merry xmas to all

Plug the stick in, power on the box, go to menu/setup/system/hdd/initialize and chose ur usb. This will format and setup the recording paths an timeshift paths on ur usb and should be mounted when completed as media/hdd

30gb will probably be used up by a few movies in hd so depending on how much u plan on recording its either sufficient or it isnt

Never a truer word spoken, I know I have gigabytes even terabytes of crap on my various HDD's all full of things iv'e recorded for one reason or another and never gotten round to actually watching them.
