box just showing starting after power cut

hi there box showing starting nothing else i have looked into the link to reflash the image and it says press up arrow on front panel i have'nt got any keys on box can someone guide me please thanks

The silver circle round the standby button has the up arrow.

U do have keys on the box on the left hand side on the front
