Use of both USB ports

I was wondering if I could use the front USB with a low profile USB stick allowing me to have the flap shut. I would use this just to store picons, channel lists etc. Could I then use the rear USB port with either a large USB stick/HDD for recording?

you can use the front usb for a stick no probs

although i dont thing the low profile sticks will allow it to close

but be it front or back both ports can be used
