TM800HD - Problem with picture

i referred a friend to world of satellite and he bought a TM800HD, I recommended it to him based on the bang for buck. However after watching TV for a while we noticed that the picture started to distort and stretch, to the point where you cannot see half of it. The only solution seems to be a power cycle. The box is connected to the telly via HDMI. Can anyone offer any suggestions ?

took a lend of the box to try it a my place. worked fine for about a day however today I cannot get a picture via HDMI.

Check your A/V settings, if still no joy try re-flashing latest IQ image.

applied latest IQ image checked A/V settings still no picture via HDMI. I think it might be a h/w issue so will be advising my mate to return the box.
