Having a problem

Hi everyone. I had a spiderbox connect to the net via enternet. The box kept freezing every once and awhile so I decided to change. I bought a VU+ Uno box. Connected it up and still get some freezing but not as bad as with the spiderbox but freezing all the same and then coming back on after a few seconds. Now my net speed is 7mb so fast enough for this. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I strongly suspect this is solely down to the method you use to view your channels. If this only happens on premium channels and your not using a local card, ie your own card in your receiver. Then we can not help due to the site rules.
