Did anyone try yet? Does it get detected automatically, or needs some drivers to be installed manually?

Have a Keysonic 540RF that I plan to plug-in today and try.

Shall post the results....

ok i tried a regular wired USB keyboard as well as my Keysonic 540RF ....none seems to work....in fact it doesn't show in the "Input Devices" ...
how do i know its getting detected? Do I need to carry out some manual steps ?

you might need to load linux drivers for the particular device

not all devices aer generic

Thanks...how do I load the drivers to the box (assuming that its not a generic keyboard and I find the linux drivers for it)?

im not 100% but you need to grab the linux drivers and get them to load onto OE ]

i think normal way to do that is to get individual modules and load em 1 by 1

A wired keyboard should work out of the box.
As does the Logitech K260: a very cheap wireless keyboard and mouse (the dongle emulates them both, no drivers needed).

Has anybody tried the Keysonic ACK540RF mini ?? It doesn't require any drivers on windows and I'm assuming it shouldn't on linux....
