is MBOX working on VU+ DUO?

Here is my question.
I want to have a VU+ DUO as a Mbox client of a Dream 500S.
I know how the basics to make a "domestic" cs using mbox, but I don't know how to setup Mbox in VU+ DUO.
Any help?
