Solo and Uno

Hi everyone. I just got a friend of mine a Uno box and loaded new vix image onto it just like my solo. Set up tuner config the same i.e. diseque switch for 28 east and 13 east and I go to scan but its not picking up anything.

It has to be a setup issue or hardware issue m8, the setup procedure is exactly the same for both box's.

Have you plugged your box in to confirm ?

My box works and Ive updated the satellite.xml file as well

you need to upgrade the fpga.

as SIC says update the FPGA and see what happens after that.

I wonder where he purchased it from, WOS would have carried out the upgrade before shipping.:D

I bought it from a friend of a friend....It was as new and I would have no problem buying from sponsor

the sponsor will load the FPGA before shipping the box just as he would load a image of choice etc, but we got there in the end and it's only a 5 minute upgrade that the end users can carry out them selves if needed.
