can I Install plugins(.ipk) for dreambox dm800hd on my tm800hd?

When I use telnet:
ipkg install /tmp/enigma2-plugin-extensions-permanenttimeshift.ipk
Than cam an error
Clearing state_want and state_flag for pkg=enigma2-plugin-extensions-permanenttimeshift (arch_priority=0 flag=16 want=2)
Nothing to be done
An error ocurred, return value: 4.
Collected errors:
Cannot find package enigma2-plugin-extensions-permanenttimeshift.
Check the spelling or perhaps run 'ipkg update'

I have no Idea what it means

But euuhhh: ViX come with "Permanant Timeshift" pre-installed........

"Permanant Timeshift" was not on my tm800hd i have the wos iq image

if permernent timeshift pre installed how can i use
if is not installed how can i install a good timeshift plugin?

You will need to check the feeds if it is there, if not than will need to get an IPK for that image.
