Where's the IPK installer in V2.3?

Where's the IPK installer in V2.3?

I put the IPK in the tmp directory like previous images but I can't find where to run it from in the menu.



Edit: don't worry I've got it now, install local extension.

You want "install local extension" fro the vix menu

can you install tar.gz files from here as well?
