Rytecs settings ....how can i use them ?

as above ...were do the Rytec files go ? do i have to Ftp them or edit and send them via DBedit ?

sorry to jump on ya thread but i cannot find /etc/epgimport do i have to create it if i dont have it iam on de 1.3.3.f
