I've got a TM5402HD at the moment, but would like to get a Linux box.

I need it to be able to use CCcams, have a good EPG and PVR function.

I've narrowed it down to either the Xtrend ET5000, the Vu+ Solo or the Vu+ Uno, but would like to know what you think.

Many Thanks

Andy

the uno is awsome if you want to spend that much, advantage over the other 2 it has better specs and can take an internal hdd and its a pretty nippy lil box too :p but thats not to say the other 2 arent good box's either. i got em and i love the et5k and solo solid boxs and can take pretty much anything thats thrown at em lol just have a read of posts on the forum and you'll know what u want :D

As Punisher said all three are cracking boxes but if you don't have a budget than get the uno.

If you do post it and we can advise better.

Also don't forget to check out the sponsor when you come to buy.

Thanks for your advice guys, I'm going to splash out and purchase the uno. Now the next question lol I can get the box delivered with several firmware options installed, official vu+, blackhole, Vix Team or VTI I know I can flash the box and change in the future, but is it better to get the box delivered with a particular image already installed?
