cccam alot faster then mgcamd ?

Hi i recently changed from cccam to mgcamd as mgcamd is known for far less glitching. However the channel change times seem to be incredibly slower? is there anything i can do to increase the speed of it mmaybe somthing in my cfg file.

Are you using the looback address or the physical address of the card server???

Hmm, how's that? I always use CCCam, and never experienced any glitches.

am the opposite from Rob i use mgcamd and the opposite from you ellblud mines is really fast?but not sure what you mean by fast ?what are you looking for in speed ?i know certain channles on my box e:g. stv hd is channel 12 when i press 12 its on , bbc hd is 1 and i press that and whoosh its on so not sure what your expecting? does yours take a minute to clear ?

Cannot speak for mgcamd, but I was using oscam instead of cccam the other day, and it took ages opening channels, even using local card. Instead of taking < 1 second, it was taking 5 seconds or more...

Switching back to cccam, and all fine again...

Use both CCcam and Oscam, CCCam is ever so slightly faster but both are less than 1 second on local card.
