Dream Box Edit Won't send file.

trying to send bouquet to my Vu+ That the message i got "Could not connect to Dreambox on IP adress 192.168.1.6, check the IP address and/or your network.
Info" but i check my network and it's ok. I can get to the box through flash FXP. i can also received files through Dreambox Edit. but can't send. Any idea why? thanks:confused:

Hi bazeze

Firstly use the latest version of Dreamboxedit (3.0.0.0, I think) then make sure in Options that you have selected New Enigma2 Settings & Save. Make sure your routers Firewall is not blocking the connection. This works ok for me.

read and did exactly but still no joy. Forgot to mention i did mange to send file before using dreambox edit. But won't send again.

Check the IP of the receiver to make sure your sending to the correct IP.

check the ip it's correct. the strange thing is i can receive files from the box but can't send.

make only 1 change and try and send that.

You tried connecting and then changing the password via telnet. Maybe its getting screwy about the password? Shot in the dark but possibly worth a shot.

DBEdit...Can be a pain...Also id check all your settings in the options and check all is fine in it.

Thanks everyone got it working. But i have to untick auto reload setting enigma 2. Then i just restart enigma from the box.
