Streaming over wireless

How can I stream a recorded movie on a VU+ UNO ( BH image ) to a Samsung Smart TV ?
In fact from a room to another room... This is my problem ...

Assuming you have both devices on your network then active Mediatomb on the Uno and switch on Upnp on the Samsung and you should see the Uno as a media device on the Samsung

I performed the following:

1.Activated Madiatomb on UNO
2.Activated DLNA on Samsung
3.Selected input Mediatomb from input menu devices on Samsung
4.Got the folder structure displayed on Samsung screen
5. Seleted the movie (*.ts as extention)
6 Got the error ......"Not Supported File Format"

The Samsung does not support transport stream but works well with avi, divx and mkv
Also works well with slideshows for pics etc.
Its the the fault of VU that Samsung does not support all formats.
I also get the same with my PS3

Does it mean I can stream other formats from UNO?
For example a DVD?

Never tried a dvd
Have a look at the mediatomb site to see what is supported and check out the transcoding section.
