erratic USB voltage, rear bottom usb socket vu+ UNO

The lower one at the back seems to give unsteady voltage in my box. Anyone else encountered?
It's ok with usb stick, but my connection stutters through wi-fi bridge when powered from this usb and gets worse when I move the box. Fortunately it's ok with the top rear usb.

Never noticed my self as i keep a usb stick in that port all the times for picons, epg data and image backups.

Generally the voltage in usb sockets in vu+ uno is not impressing, is it? It won't power a 2.5" hdd that most tvs now do.

i have never tried my external 2.5 HDD with the uno to be honest, although i do have a 320 gb 2.5 disk mounted internally and a 500 gb NAS drive plus a 1tb external 3.5 hdd both with their own power sources and all those work fine for me.
