Radio and screen resolution

Good evening people,
Hope everyone is ready for the cold!!
A couple of quick questions please?
2 days ago the box went to radio mode, got out of it by the help button. there has to be a quick way to get the bouquet setting to tuner mode, would someone share the secret please?

Some channel picture is half the screen size, right in the middle of the tv, is there a default setting i can use for all channels? Doing it on one only that one.

1. Press the TV button
2. MEN>Setup>AV Settings and set aspect ratio's to just scale.

I am still not sure how I went just into the radio mode. Would you be able to enlighten me? Does one button on the vu remote just take you into the radio channels mode and apart from the help button no other button took me back into 'picture/tuner' mode . . . . The bouquets and any satellites I chose I was only able to see the radio channels . . . . . . .

at the bottom of the remote, the radio button takes you to radio mode, the tv button them brings you back to tv mode.
