new box help

hi just got my new box from World of sat guys it came with latest image loaded, now how do I set it up from scratch is there any tuturiols for it,
its hard wired from my router & i have a motorized dish, I have a tm 500 as well but the 800 is completely different to set up in other words HEEEEEEEEELP PLEASE.
