Oops! endless loop

I had a self made problem yesterday.

I do not have HDD installed and must have pressed record... so I think it filled up my internal memory and then locked up....When rebooting it went from starting to green screen to starting......etc. etc.

I reflashed and loaded all the files and it is now ok again.

Is there a quick way to STOP recording ?

Priority to get a HDD has now been moved to urgent !

Press the green button and delete the timer that is there, if its an instant record, than press the record button and will give you an option to stop recording.
