auto resolution - what settings

hi guys thanx for all the help so far, i was wondering if anyone uses auto resolution or video enhancements if so what settings do you use ??? ive got a new lg 42" tv and some of the background shots are bit fuzzy anyway if u can help thanx in advance

its vu duo conected with hdmi cable vix

have checked the settings in AV settings to make sure their correct and is it the same on all channels?
