Plugin to download, install and reload a UK channel and bouquet list with a few clicks of the remote

FTP to tmp, and install either via telnet, or from your receivers package installer

tested and confirmed working on

TM800 running UR, iQ and modified images
DM800 running openPLi and DBUK images
DM800se running DBUK image
Vu+ Duo running Vix 2.0 image
