how to make a backup image

im wondering how i make a back up image of my vix 2.21 so that i can save it to my pc in case i ever try a new image out, then i can go straight back to my vix 2.21 and have all my setting ect same

Blue button > vix > backup manager
Blue button > vix > image manager

those two will create a fully functioning backup with all settings and plugins etc.
