I am new owner of VU+ Duo. I am setting up the box and I am slowly getting to grips with Enigma2 after a few years of Enigma1 experience.

Impressed with most things so far.

Except that is for the Remote Control, which is a DISGRACE for a modern satellite receiver - so cheap and old fashioned.

I am a long time dreambox user and at first i did not like the Duo remote as i much preferred the DM one, but over the last few months i have slowly come around and now i can easily say i much prefer the Vu style remote control over the DM any day.

Surprised you don't like the VU remote as its one of the better ones in the 3rd party receiver market, just as well you didn't buy an ET model.
