Vu util 2.0.1 usage

does anyone know how to use this - im struggling
1.i open it
2. i change machine ip to my machine
3. i have a duo
4. i locate nfi file i want to load and load it as a zip file (not unzipped)
5. it seems to work then gets to step 5 and say step 4 error - code -21

any one know what this is or why :violin:

well for starters you dont load a compressed file uncompressed it and use it as a .NFI file
