Newbie Question

Hi. Just received my VU+ Duo that I bought from WOS and which has come with the image pre-installed on the HD.

I have a guy coming on Monday to wire it up to the dish so I haven't turned it on yet.

Looking at the guide in the stickie that seems to be mainly about flashing an image if you don't already have one, unless I'm missing something.

If I already have the VIX image on the receiver what do I need to do once I turn on the box after connection? I'd be obliged to anyone who can fill in the gaps or point me to where the answers already are.

So these are my thoughts and questions:

1. Connect receiver to router
2. Turn on receiver - I assume there are some basic setup options such as language etc. Once done where do I go in order to:
3. FTP the ipk file to the receiver - How will I know what the IP address of the receiver is? Should I use Dreamboxedit 4.1.0.1 to FTP and do I just create a /tmp folder as the destination file with the receiver's ip address? What's a bouquet? :o
4. Then I think I install IPK using the IPK installer in the VIX Menu under blue button. right?
5. Where does cccam.cfg reside? Do I need to create it and FTP it or is it part of the ipk file already?
6. Anything else I need to do?

1. Connect receiver to router and dish.
2. Turn the receiver and go through the startup wizard configuring your tuners etc... Have your longitude and latitude ready if motorised.
