VU duo box has gone mad

i am using blackhole 1.6.5......in last day or so the box has behaved really oddly

1. it wont recognise vu util
2. i have factory reset it several times now it wont scan properly - it finds and scans a sat and at 99 per cent green screens
3, it wont recognise the external hard drive anymore or any external devices
4. it does not add any download on - so if i want to download say vanibals sat settings it will appear to do so but then not do it and nothing changes

this is driving me nuts - i only have 13e at the moment

is there anyway i can completely erase the machine etc start again even thou vu util not recognised

any ideas????

i can get the vu control centre vucc2 to communicate with it if that helps

Just perform a reflash using USB method.

It will not recognise usb either front or back port so i cant

you tried different USB stick? Formated fat 32?

yes four sticks and all formatted fat32

is there any other way of a full reset
