Hi,
Firstly let me say i know what im going to ask is probably borderline, so if i break any rules then please just delete this post. Ill try not to go into specifics...
Basically ive had both newcamd and ccam set up fine for a while now on my vu+ solo. Both have worked fine for months. Recently though, ive been getting a black screen on most channel. Ive been in touch with the server who assures me the server is running fine with no issues and the problem is my end.
I havent changed any settings at all.
My question is how do i diagnose where the problem lies, im completely clueless.Is there a menu somewhere that will give me information about whether ccam or newcamd is failing, or if its a problem connecting to the server, or indeed if the server is down.
What should be my first step to find out what the problem is?
