cant get 12341H 8PSK 29900 2/3 (Sky Italia) on Hotbird 13.
no signal

Have a look in there the frequency may have changed, in which case you can either do a manual scan of the new transponder to get it back or full rescan to pick up any other changes.

I have the same problem on both frequencies:
12341 V SR:29900 2/3 and 12360 H SR:29900 2/3
I already ugraded FPGA (firmware 4.2). Is it a tuner problem? I also have 45%/50% SNR on other channels. With the same exact dish, cable and connectors, with a Dreambox DM7020 I get 90%/95% SNR!!!!!!!
