channels gone

was watching the tv and all of a sudden when i went to change channels they have gone? tried rebooting box and sending over fresh silverfox settings but still no channels show, box then crashes with a green screen.

will i need to reflash image?

Are FTA channels clearing? Softcam enabled? Blue button > Softcam manager.

There isn't even any channels on the box. When I press guide after sending silverfox settings over the box crashes with that green screen. I'll try it again when home in about an hour

Got it working, had to reflash it. Strange how it done it, but it's working now so never mind lol.

Could be the the paths where wrong when sending the channels.
