Green Screen when Existing EPG

Hi all

I have just upgrade to image VIX DUO 2.2.100.

Bouquet is "VIX Team E2 HD SKY UK [01.10.2011]"

Everytime I exit the EPG using the exit button on the remote the system crashes.

Is anyone able to shed light on why the system keeps green screening?

did you do a update blue button > vix > software update after loading the image ?

if not i would suggest you do this first.

Yes software has been updated. I have reflashed the image 3 times and the green screen always persists.

OK, I have managed to get to the bottom of the issue with the system green screening when pressing exit within the EPG.

I always set my EPG options to "Show bouquet on launch".

On image 2.2.100 when this option is enabled the system always crashes on exit. I've tested this multiple times and the outcome is always the same.

I can only think that this is a bug in the image.

Software has been fully updated and it makes no difference, still crashes to green screen.

This is definitely a bug in the latest code.

I have tried this 2.2.100 on 3 different VU+ DUO's numerous times and I can reproduce the same green screen each time.

I have also tested with older code (2.2 & 2.1) and the issue isn't present.

i know it's of no use to you at present but this has been fixed in the upcoming 2.3 release.

Its fine, just wanted to flag it as a bug.

I can live with the EPG that way it is until 2.3
