I thought that a WLAN stick that is called VU+ would work with a VU+ reciever!
Best regards

to be honest i have never heard of this stick before. so i'm not sure if this is like the Vu+ all cam which has nothing to do with the company who make the satellite receivers. but more a company trading on a established name to increase sales.
no doubt some one will correct me if i'm wrong.
That stick has not got anything to do with VU+.

so yeah as i suspected it's the same as the so called Vu+ ALLCAM just another example of a company trading on the name and reputation of Vu.
Btw, this works great with any receiver http://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk/Networking-WiFi/Tenda-150Mbps-Portable-Wireless-Access-Point-Router-Wireless-wifibridge-WIFI-W150M

So this is the one that i bought
http://www.ebay.de/itm/VU-Wireless-USB-Stick-VU-Solo-VU-Duo-150Mbps-/200653549318?_trksid=p5197.m7&_trkparms=algo%3DLVI%26itu%3DUCI%26otn%3D3%26po%3D LVI%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D3269805690555664053 from ebay. It clearly states vu+ uno/ duo. I should send them a "angry email".

it's not a cam module mate. it's a dedicated router / wifi bridge. as for the usb stick you have it's not made by satco ( the makers of the Vu receivers ).
That wifi stick is also on sale at a reputable german sat shop aswell and has rt3070 chipset same as mine but my dlink 150mbps stick doesnt work with vix image for some reason either but works with others , so perhaps try another image or one of those tenda wifi things
The Tenda Wifibridge is NOT image dependant and does not require any drivers to pc installed.
