EPG (guide) appears scrambled / jargon

I'm using CrossEPG downloader with Sky UK OpenTV (Astra2 on 28.2)

I tried forcing an update but it didn't help- neither did rebooting. Any bright ideas? Is there a list of EPG related files i can delete to force them all to be re-built/downloaded?

delete from location of epg

the epg.dat file and folder crossepg

restart machine

and redownoad

glad yr sorted

sometimes a corrupt epg gets downloaded so a delete and redownload fixes it
