How do we upgrade FPGA in vu+ UNO Vix Image?

With the current public ViX image you cant. You will need to flash with official to upgrade fpga. Next vix image will have the fpga upgrade plugin.

If you don't want to wait you can also copy the attached files to
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/FPGAUpgrade
restart Enigma2 and run the upgrade from the plugin.
