ET5000 RS232 upgrade

I need a flash Xtrend ET5000 using RS232 (via USB it is not already). I found the program STBTool ver1.9.3 for RS232 upgrade(Clarke tool box 1.3) For USB upgrade we use folder et5000, which contains files - boot.bin,kernel.bin,rootfs.bin,imageversion,noforc e. Which of these files to insert to STBTool ?

You should be able to flash this via USB no problem, if its not working than it may be the security board has gone and RS232 won't help you in that case, its RTM
