Hi Guys,

I loaded a new 1TB WD green Hdd to my recenty got ET9000.
It has the latest Vix image installed.
When I but in the 1TB hdd and restarted the stb it just hangs in loading.
I also tried a 500GB HDD but it's the same.
If I take out hdd the image loads fine.
Anyone know why it doesn't recognize the hdd?

Thanks guys

There's threads around the forum detailing this. WD drives use a different function or summat, but to get legacy mode, u can put the jumpers at the back of the drive. Sorry, can't remember exact details, but in the vu duo section, there's a thread about hdd's and these WD's that need the jumper...

Can't say 100%, but doubt it, as it's an issue with the hdd...

On the back of the HDD next to the power and Sata connections are a set of 6 or thereabouts pins with a black clip, you need to move that clip.
