for those who use oscam it is a constant pain to deal with channels not opening quickly on main tv. reason for this (assuming you are using oscam) is because you need a line in your oscam.dvbapi file. this line reads P: xxxxx:yyyyy where xxxx is the caid of your provider and yyyy is your provider id. simple when you know but a pain when my girlfriend is trying to change chans and is geting peeved at the slow response. Vu now works like a normal receiver
