Broadcast Group Turner Broadcasting Systems (TBS) is preparing for the German market three programs in high definition televisions ( HDTV ). The market within a few months plans to introduce three stations - Glitz * HD , HD Boomerang and Cartoon Network HD .
The first launch in May 2012 and will be called * Glitz . It will be a TV designed for women. Will broadcast 24 hours a day as a paid channel. Currently it is yet certain that the program will be added to the menu Kabel Deutschland. The other operators are being negotiated.
* Glitz will broadcast series, films and documentaries, as well as our own production shows with themes such as fashion, lifestyle, cooking, country life, portraits of important personalities. The station will broadcast in widescreen 16:9 image format and will be distributed in the classic SD and HD resolution. The movies and series will have two language tracks - German and English. Station under the same name, viewers can watch in South America since the spring of this year.
