Vlc Player for Balckhole?

I need to install vlc video player on blackhole image but can't find it in any of the
plugin or addons servers. Where can I find the ipk file to manually install it?

Menu -> Plugins -> Red button (Manage Extensions) - > Software -> VlcPlayer
