Help with my tm800 hd

hi guys,
I just bought a new technomate TM800HD but i cannot seem to get any of the channels to show. I would appreciate any help that i can get. Did i mention that i am a complete novice when it comes to things like this. Please guys, HELP!! Thank:(:(:(

you have not setup your tuners

what have you got

fixed

motor

or disqe

menu,setup,tunerconfig

should be in tere to set it up

Have you set up your tuner for the sat(s) your on?

If not go into Menu>service searching>tuner configuration

i just tried that and the tuner A is not configured but as soon as i press ok it just toggles between configure and the former while all the time writing not configured. Please i probably dont know what i'm doing at the moment so can any of u guys gimme a step by step?

You want the hot swap ones.
