e entertainment frequency help

hi for the past couple of days i was not able to get the kids channel pop tiny pop
i installed the new silverfox bouquete 1.9.11 and all was fine
but now the e entertainment is not working
has it moved to a new frequencny
how do i change it manually in the duo box
do i have to rescan the box
all other channels are working fine
ps i m using vix 2.1

Yes its moved, its been posted in the transponder thread. Easiest way to do it is drag and drop it from the all channels to its place in the bouquet

cant seem to find the transponder thread the one i found doesnt have the e entertainment frequency
what you mean by drag and drop

done a manual scan found 40 channels
how to store them
still no e entertainment

mate they are stored in all channels

you will need to move it to the E position
