Hi

When browsing the EPG guide every time press exit on the remote it crash out I get green screen with crash info see attached log. 10826

Any help would great appreciated

its a bug, hopfully it will be fixed in the next release, just use the ok button twice to select a channel and exit.

Have you fully updated your ViX image. Blue Button > ViX > Software update.

Have you set any epg to import via crossepg?

Thats your problem mate, no data to populate the epg. If you are on 28E go into Menu>Setup>EPG> Crossepg and configure and providers, you want openTV on 28.
If you are not on 28E have a look in there to see if your sat is on it, if not than you will need to choose the XMLproviders

Still no luck followed your instructions then from CrossEPG menu I did "Download now" and "Force epg reload"

When your on a channel and press red, does the EPG come up and is it populated?

When you did download, did it actually download, progress bar is bottom RHS of screen.

Also best it stick it on USB rather than HDD.

So you have that working, pressing EPG should bring up the VIX EPG as well or is this GS?

Really sorry I might have lead you up the garden path on this :o

I press Guide on remote then choose any of the categories it goes it to Programme Guide then if I press exit on remote it crash out.
